Preferences: Indiid will avoid customising login and will distrust the computer


A computer that's used by a few people who know each other

Examples: Family PC without password, shared iPad, phone without lock screen, shared office workstation

Preferences: Indiid will make logging in more convenient but will know that more than one person uses the browser.


Your own trusted personal device, protected with a login username and password

Examples: Personal laptop, secure workstation, phone with password, multi-user Android tablet

Preferences: Indiid will trust your browser and make logging in more convenient


Login preferences are stored in your browser with a cookie. Indiid doesn't record this information.
